Domestic shipping

Shipping is $8.99 to anywhere in the US.

Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. Processing begins the next day for all orders. Orders placed Friday to Sunday will be shipped out on the following Monday.

You will usually receive your goods within 7-10 business days after your date of purchase. If your shipping is delayed please contact us at shop@thebralab.com and we will help locate your package.

Returns Policy

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE

Customers must ship their full priced items back to us in order to process their return. The Bra Lab does not offer free return shipping labels. If you are international please email us at shop@thebralab.com and we will provide an address to mail your items back to us. We do not provide free international returns. Please write your order number in the inside of the box.

You can return full priced, unworn items in original packaging, with all tags on them, for a full refund up to 30 days from the date you received the items. Unfortunately we cannot refund your original shipping fee (if you paid one). We credit all refunds back to the original credit card used for the purchase.

Certain items such as Underwear and Sale items cannot be returned but may be exchanged for alternative sizes. The Bra Lab reserves the right to refuse the return/exchange of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements.

Exchanges

Items can be exchanged for alternate styles or sizes if placed in the US. Please email us at shop@thebralab.com to get started. We do not offer free exchanges.

SOOO bummed the smallest size

SOOO bummed the smallest size these come is a MEDIUM - because it was way too big :( :( :( i'm a 32, and even though the medium says it fits down to a 30, with my bralab C cup it was way too big - even on the tightest setting.....i would have bought one in each color because they're SUCH a great look! ...hopefully these backs will be made in smalls soon??

Just got my order in

Just got my order in the mail today. I am in love! I am usually a very full 34j/k depending on brand. I ordered the Angelina contour cup in the H and the med backs and they are perfect. Good support and coverage (kind of a semi-demi cup). I have already ordered more backs and straps. I am hoping you will come out with some straps with a bit less stretch as I have to tighten the slim straps all the way to get the support I want for my chest with my small shoulders, I may just cross the straps to see if that helps. I bought the Catalonia grouping (H cup, M back), and it is an awesome start. Ordered more of the crochet and criss cross backs and a couple wider sets of straps and can't wait to get them. Thrilled you are are making larger cup sized now. :green_heart: :green_heart: :green_heart: ~came very nicely packaged as well, even if the post office did a great job of totally beating up the box.

Oh my. I have had

Oh my. I have had heck finding bras that feel good all day since having kids and my body changed. I’m a 34DD and that’s a hard fit. But I took a chance and ordered this set. Figured I’d prefer the crochet back the most. Wrong! Strapless all day for me! I wear th crochet one with certain tops and my hubby thinks it’s sexy too. And the fact the cups have multiple areas to hook the straps is fanfreakingtastic!!! I moved them in and they followed the neck line of the top and it looked awesome!!! I am so glad someone took the time to really give women options and realize not all tops are strapless, halter or t-shirts! We need variety and this company figured it out.
So far it washes well, wears well and looks seem less under my tops. And the strapless stays put so so well.
