The Bra Lab lets you build your perfect bra for any occasion. The pieces are fully interchangeable, allowing you to mix and match. Our bras are meant to be seen but can also be subtly shown or discretely hidden without the need for any uncomfortable and ugly stick-ons or chicken fillets.

Our manufacturing partner is a global leader in the lingerie space and is an organization that focuses on ethical manufacturing as well as social and environmental sustainability. Our cups and straps are made from high quality materials to ensure long-lasting wear and durability.

Our bras are quite durable and if your washing machine has a ‘delicates’ or ‘hand wash’ cycle we recommend using that with cold water. Use a laundry bag to avoid having your straps and clasps getting tangled in the wash. Alternatively you can hand wash your bras in cold water. Be sure to dry them flat on a waterproof surface.

In colder months you can get 2-3 wears out of your cups, being sure to air them out between wears. The same goes for your straps – simply wash as required. Avoid excessive washing.

Our bras have two components – the cups and the back straps. Simply put, your cup relates to your breast size and your back strap relates to your chest size. Our unique sizing system allows you to get closer to your perfect, unique fit than a traditional bra size can, providing you maximum support and comfort. Just be warned, your cup size may sound different to what you’re used to! But trust us – it works.

You need to trust our sizing system. It really works! Don’t get caught up in traditional sizing. Your cup size changes in relation to your band size. Use our size converter on the product pages to get your TBL size.

You can use our size converter on the product pages by entering in your normal bra size and we will convert that to your TBL size. Alternatively you can send us your bust and band measurements as shown in the diagram below. Email them to us at shop@thebralab.com

Our bra cups go up to size 10 in cups and XL in bands. This usually covers women up to those who wear a 38 or 40H. We are a small business and rapidly growing. We do have plans to expand our sizing when we can.

Please contact us via shop@thebralab.com or on our live chat on our website to enquire about products being re-stocked. Not all bra cups will be re-stocked as new styles come in as we are constantly seeking to improve our products. We aim to make this clear on our product pages.

Shipping is $8.99 for orders placed within the U.S. For international orders we use calculated rates.

Items will generally be processed and shipped the following business day.
Items purchased Friday to Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

Standard shipping across the US usually takes up to 7-10 business days. If you require your goods earlier we recommend paying for expedited shipping in which you can email us at shop@thebralab.com

Items must be unworn and in their original state with all tags and labels attached and in the original packaging. We allow returns up to a maximum of 30 days from the date of purchase. Our sale item purchases cannot be refunded but you can exchange sale items for an alternative size. We do not provide free return shipping. Please email us if you need to return or exchange your items.
