Sizing Tip - If you are in between sizes, we recommend sizing down as these cups tend to run big.

Domestic shipping

Shipping is $7.99 to anywhere in the US.  

Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. Processing begins the next day for all orders. Orders placed Friday to Sunday will be shipped out on the following Monday.

You will usually receive your goods within 7-10 business days after your date of purchase. If your shipping is delayed please contact us at shop@thebralab.com and we will help locate your package.

International shipping

We ship internationally with calculated UPS rates. 

Returns Policy

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE

Customers must ship their items back to us in order to process their return. The Bra Lab does not offer free return shipping labels. If you are international please mail your items back to us using the address below as we do not provide free international returns. Please write your order number in the inside of the box. 

You can return full priced, unworn items in original packaging, with all tags on them, for a full refund up to 30 days from the date you received the items. Unfortunately we cannot refund your original shipping fee (if you paid one). We credit all refunds back to the original credit card used for the purchase.

Certain items such as Underwear and Sale items cannot be returned but may be exchanged for alternative sizes. The Bra Lab reserves the right to refuse the return/exchange of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements.

Exchanges

For US orders items can be exchanged for alternate styles or sizes. Please email us at shop@thebralab.com to get a label. We do not offer free exchanges for international orders or sale items.

Some heavily discounted sale items will not be able to be exchanged, however this will be made clear on the product page when purchasing the product.

Third party sales

If you are purchasing a The Bra Lab product from a website other than our online store (Thebralab.com) please review and adhere to that company’s returns policy. The Bra Lab cannot process a return or exchange for a Bra Lab product purchased on another online store.

Great fit and support

This is the best strapless that I have ever owned . It provides great support and it is comfortable. Of course the back strap is ingenuous..

Uncomfortable

Sure… the bra works and the interchangeable strap feature is cool. The fit and the quality, however, is poor. The adjustable straps don’t stay adjusted - they keep slipping back. The cups are too big ( I’m a D and bought a M), not soft, and the underwire pinches. The side adjustable straps are thick and you are aware of them the entire time you are wearing the bra. I will only wear this bra in extreme fashion emergencies and will likely look elsewhere for a front close bra

Superb Angelina

I am so pleased. I NEVER knew that I could wear strapless clothes. (My girls aren’t small) I tried the Angelina Bra back in June of ‘22. I bough it for a wedding. It worked so well. I got several compliments on my outfit. Since June, I’ve lost weight. I invested in a second bra. A different make. That didn’t work as well for me. Ms. Gina was kind enough to send me out another Angelina bra, in my new size. I HADN’T returned the other bra. She sent it anyway. The new Angelina bra fit me perfectly.(With the weight loss) I returned the other bra, and received a credit, as it was a bit more than the Angelina bra. I’m so pleased with this company. Additionally, I didn’t know the name of my “Angelina.” I went in the CHAT. They were able to go back to my first order. They gave me the name and the size that I ordered. Thank you. The Bra Lab rocks.

Fits Great!

I bought Angelina Strapless/Convertible Underwire Bra Cup, size 5, clear Capri bra back band, size Medium, Bondi Beach back band 2-in-1, size Medium, and clear shoulder straps. I am 32DD in Chantelle, Simone Perele, and Le Mystere bras. I followed the size guide to find my size and the instructions (and conversions) were very helpful and true. The bra is the correct size and fits great even though I wouldn't dare to wear it without straps. The material and the stitching are high quality. It looks exactly how it is supposed to with open-back dresses and tops. Awesome idea and fast shipping! Thank you so much!
